Pourison is an adaptation of our house Saison, Ourison. After extended fermentation in a large oak foudre, Pourison was refermented on Pennsylvania-grown freestone peaches from our buddy Ben Week at 3 Springs Fruit Farm. Brewed in June 2018 and then bottled in December 2018. Refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. Delicately tart and refreshing with notes of mango candies, flinty soil, and zippy peach soda pop, 4.8% abv. in a 750ml corked and capped green glass bottle.
