Skofouke is our ode to the American classic Hoppy Barleywine style. Brewed with a tremendous amount of 2-Row and hopped with Columbus and Cascade before being dry hopped extensively with Chinook, Centennial and Columbus! Drinks strong and dry with notes of pecan pie and rich pine sap. 10.0% abv.
