This cider is a blend of house pressed Dabinett, Chisel Jersey, Wickson, and Esopus Spitzenburg apples from Poverty Lane Orchards in Lebanon, NH. Fermented in stainless steel with yeast native to the orchard.
Poverty Lane is one of the pioneers of the rebirth of American cidermaking, and we're super psyched to be using their fruit. These apples are heritage cider apple varieties, some which have their roots in the cider tradition of the West Country of England, others which were bred here in the America for varied use as cider fruit, and hand fruit. Refermented in the bottle with NJ Blueberry Honey for natural carbonation. 8.30% abv.
