Yumb is our Yumby Sour IPA. Brewed with malted oats and raw wheat, and fermented in one of large oak foudres with our house mixed culture. Naturally soured in oak for over six months. Dry hopped with Motueka and Hallertau Blanc from our most recent selections in New Zealand and Germany. Notes of unripe mango, Campari spritz, trifoliate orange, and pineapple sage. 7.5% abv.
