Deep in the shadows… you hear a sound… from the basement of the BrewCafe comes a SHRIEK! Shriek is the re-brew of an ancient Cafe beer. So we dusted off the Necronomicon (it’s a binder with brewsheets in it… made completely out of human skin!) and pitched some funky ingredients into our cauldron (it’s a mash  tun… made completely out of human skin!) and stirred up something spooky for you. Shriek is brewed with a super light bill of 2-row, spelt and pale malt and hopped so delicately with Cascade it’s like it’s not even there. We then conditioned this screamer on soft and earthy celery powder and dosed it with salt to truly transform it into the spritely but bewitching treat it is. Shriek into your own mouth. Notes of lemon-lime soda, the salty, sugary rim of a frozen margarita and tepache. 5%
