Oneness: DDH New Zealand IPA with Kiwi. Inspired by our great friends from New Zealand. This IPA is brewed with our base malt and a good amount of raw wheat, then hopped throughout the entire process with our select hops from NZ. The hot side gets a balanced amount of NZ Cascade, then this beer is hit hard with a double dry hop of all of our favorite NZ hops. Cascade, Nelson Sauvin, and Riwaka. Then conditioned on a plethora of natural kiwi. Notes of melted kiwi water ice, lemongrass, fluffy kiwis, white wine, starfruit, and kiwi coconut water. 6.0% abv.
