So Many Varieties is a multi grain Kiwiberry Saison brewed with a really fun base of barley & spelt & oats & rye & wheat and fermented in a large Vin Santo cask with half a ton of Pennsylvania grown kiwiberries (a type of kiwi!) from our new friends out at Kiwiberry Organics in Danville, PA. Hopped with a very gentle hand of a blend of Nelson Sauvin, Cascade, and Simcoe. Brewed back in April 2018 then bottled in February 2019 and re-fermented in the bottle for natural carbonation until it’s release. 7.0% abv.
