Blotter Philosopher was brewed at our humble #BrewCafé. Composed with a grist of domestic Pilsner malt, and a portion of local raw barley from our friend Ned at Two Particular Acres @tpagkf. Hopped lightly with Motueka and Saaz. Fermented in two separate wine puncheons with two separate cultures. Blended prior to bottling and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation.
