Care Too Much is a tart and zippy mixed culture Saison aged in American oak and double dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc. Brewed in September 2021 and primary fermented in oak with our Magickal Saison yeast and mixed cultures. Bottled in March 2022 and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. Notes of bright n juicy peach rings, ripe champagne mango and earthy zesty wheat tea, this one is for you!!!
