Brewed in late Spring 2019. Composed of 50% domestic raw white wheat. Cooled in the night air in our handmade copper koelschip atop chamomile, oranges and grapefruit. Co-fermented with a classic witbier yeast and native Chester County flora. Fermented in French oak puncheons for roughly two years. Further conditioned atop fresh pomelo, grapefruit and oranges. Bottled in 2021. Notes of candied orange peel, tepache and star fruit. 6.5%
