I Love You is our Comfy DDH Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy & Simcoe DIPA brewed with flaked oats. We hopped this beer rather heavily in the whirpool with soft New Zealand Cascade and then double dry hopped it with super expressive Nelson Sauvin, peachy Galaxy, and mango-y Simcoe.
